Do you charge planning or consultation fees?
We charge a planning fee for complex custom itineraries. This fee is fully disclosed upfront before any work begins. Many clients find this is offset by the exclusive perks, upgrades, and savings we secure through our preferred partnerships.
How far in advance should I book my trip?
For luxury cruises and safaris, we recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for peak seasons and the best cabin or camp selections. For bespoke villa stays or smaller group journeys, 6–9 months is typically sufficient.
